From Project Lumen to DishSignal.

DishSignal began as Project Lumen, a Quinn Labs research question:

What if food could explain itself?

The glowing menu was the first visible idea. The deeper opportunity is the information underneath it—how an ingredient change moves through recipes, staff decisions and customer communication.

DishSignal is being developed as a standalone venture candidate while remaining a Quinn Labs research project during validation.

DishSignal is not incorporated, funded, certified or commercially deployed. This is a prototype using fictional information.
